Watering Days Perth & Mandurah - 1st September to 31st of May. If your street number or lot number ends with 1 or 8 your two watering days are Wednesdays and Saturdays for both Scheme water users and bore water users. You may use your sprinklers once per day on allocated days either before 9am or after 6pm.. Perth sprinkler days 2020-2021. For sprinklers there is a total ban during the winter. However, for the rest of the year, they can be used between 6pm and 5am on your designated watering days. This applies to both scheme and bore water users in Perth, Mandurah, and the towns south of (including) Kalbarri and Kalgoorlie.
